FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the procedure for purchasing one of your puppies?

Filling out our application would be the first step to purchasing a puppy. We place our puppies on a first come basis and all puppies under 8 weeks require a non-refundable deposit.

Why is there an application process in order to purchase?

Our puppies are raised with lots of hands-on love and attention and we strive to place them in homes where they are treated as family.

The application process provides us with information about what kind of home you are going to provide for a puppy. As a fellow dog-lover, we’re sure you can understand how important this is!

How old does the Puppy have to be before they can go to their new home?

Puppies need to be at least 8 weeks old before they go to their new home.

Are Frenchies hard to housetrain?

As a Frenchie matures, so does the ability to hold their business until they are let outside. I highly recommend crate training your puppy. This forces them to hold their business until they are let outside.

Here is a great link on how to crate train a puppy from the American Kennel Club.

How much exercise do Frenchies require?

Not much! They are lovable couch-potatoes at heart.

But, you should plan on a 10 – 15 minute daily walk. It is important they get daily exercise — just make sure it is in the cool hours of the day.
